Has the individual been advised of a time to check on progress toward a solution?

Have feasible alternatives been considered?

Is other financial assistance needed to address any technology concerns?
 

Action Needed:

  • Complete screening for AWT needs

  • Arrange for any necessary accommodations for the applicant to enter and participate in the VR program

Action Recommended:

  • Whenever technology use seems like a possibility, consult with the Rehab. Technologist to discuss the case

  • If vocational evaluation services are planned, consider requesting that a general AT assessment be provided as well
