Steps and Actions Needed

If vocational evaluation is utilized, inform VE staff of any anticipated accommodations or technology-related needs.

Schedule pre-evaluation staffing with vocational evaluator to discuss technology-related needs when necessary. 

Discuss the case with the Rehab Technologist to determine if a comprehensive AWT assessment is needed.
 

Action Needed:

  • If vocational evaluation is utilized, inform VE staff of any anticipated accommodation or AT needs.

Action Recommended:

  • If technology needs are identified, arrange for AWT to be involved in the assessment.

  • Schedule pre-evaluation staffing with evaluation staff to discuss AT-related needs.
